Asian Glazed Turkey Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a cookie scoop, make 1-inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for about 13-15 minutes and cooked through. While the meatballs are cooking, pour the sauce into a pot on medium heat. Mix the cornstarch with 2 T. of water. Stir it into the sauce. Bring to a low boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes on low heat. When the meatballs are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir gently until coated. Serve over steamed rice sprinkled with sesame seeds. Roast or steam veggie.
