Asian Turkey Meatball Bowls
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Spray with oil. Use a cookie scoop, or tablespoon and scoop the turkey into about 20 meatballs. Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through. Add the sauce ingredients into a small pot and bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 3-5 minutes. Toss the meatballs with the sauce until lightly coated. Assemble the bowls. Steam rice, top with meatballs, sliced cucumber, edamame, carrots, jalapenos, and sesame seeds.
