Be My Valentine Meatloaf

Place the meat into a greased 1-pound loaf pan for a serving size of 4.  I use a heart shaped pan, so adjust the pan size and cook time according to what serving meal you have ordered.  Stir the ketchup sauce. Spread it over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour – or until done. (depending on what size, shape, etc.) Roast cauliflower – toss with some olive oil and your favorite seasoning. Roast at 425 for about 20-25 min. Or you can steam cauliflower. I love to mash the potatoes for this meal and we serve it with pink gravy.  (I use the country style gravy and add food coloring).
