Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Turn broiler on high. Place the chicken on a foil lined baking sheet. Broil for 5-6 minuts per side. Brush some buffalo sauce onto one side, broil 1 minute, flip, brush with more sauce and broil 1 more minute. Remove when done. Let cool 3-4 minutes, then shred with a hand mixer, Bosch, Kitchen-aid, or forks. Sprinkle the seasoning over the shredded chicken and stir well, or sprinkle as you shred it in a mixer. Stir in the buffalo sauce. Mix the dressing with the cabbage in a large bowl. Butter and toast the buns (both sides on a griddle or skillet) top with chicken and dill pickle slaw.
