Buffalo Chicken Sliders
Bring a pot of water to a boil, salt, add the chicken. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove chicken and shred with a fork, or mixer. Mix the sauce with the shredded chicken, add salt and pepper if needed. Cut rolls in half and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread chicken mixture over rolls, sprinkle with cheese, put the tops of the rolls on. Melt butter and seasonings and brush over the top of the rolls with a pastry brush. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 15 minutes, then uncover and cook for 5. Crunchy carrots for your side veggie.
