Caribbean Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Salsa **PREP- Marinade**

Stir marinade and add to the chicken bag for at least 10 minutes, but not more than 24 hours.  Heat grill to medium high heat and grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until done and temp is 165 degrees.  You can also broil on top rack for 6-7 minutes on each side until done. Let rest 5 min. Serve the chicken with pineapple salsa - you can add the amount of jalapenos to the salsa for your taste!
