Carne Asada Street Tacos **PREP**
Add the marinade to the meat for 2-4 hours. Drain. In a large skillet on med/high heat add 1 T. of oil. Sauté the onions for 1 minute, add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes until done. Remove. Warm the tortillas on a skillet. Fill with a spoonful of carne asada mix, top with cilantro, lime juice, queso fresco cheese and diced avocado. You can also smash the avocado and add fresh lime juice and kosher salt for a yummy guacamole.
