Chicken Spinach Pasta Salad **PREP**

Boil the pasta for 8-12 minutes, al dente.  Add the pasta to a bowl or Ziploc.  Stir dressing well and add 1/8 – 1/4 C. to the pasta and let marinade overnight, if possible.  Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and broil, high, top rack for 5-7 minutes on each side. Temperature to 165 degrees. Let sit for 5 minutes. Slice or dice.  Rinse Romaine. Chop. Mix with spinach, drained oranges, craisins, and pasta. Toss with dressing. Top with chicken and nuts.
