Chipotle Chicken Bowls
Rub spices on chicken pieces. In a large skillet on medium high heat add 1-2 Tbl. Of oil. Add chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove. Dice. Steam rice, drain and rinse beans, chop tomato, wash and dice lettuce, dice avocado, and layer all into a bowl. Top with chicken. Drizzle with chipotle cream sauce. You can also add optional toppings such as salsa, sour cream, etc.
