Crock Pot Tikka Masala
Grease your crock pot. You can dice the chicken into chunks before you add it to the crock pot or after it’s cooked. Add chicken, tomato sauce, onion bag, and spices – Stir well. (the recipe called for cayenne pepper. I omitted it, but if you like spice you can add some cayenne) Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. When done, mix the cornstarch with the cream and add to the crock pot. Stir. Cook for about 20 min. to thicken up. Serve over steamed rice. Steam or roast broccoli with your favorite seasoning.
