Crockpot Asian Sweet Chili Chicken

Grease the slow cooker and add chicken in. Pour sauce over the top of the chicken. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Flip halfway through (if not available, don’t stress this part). When chicken is tender, shred in crockpot. Stir cornstarch into ¼ C. of water and add to the sauce. Stir to combine. Cook an additional 30 minutes on LOW to thicken sauce. Taste and season with salt, if needed. Steam rice. Steam or roast broccoli. Serve chicken over rice and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
