Egg Rolls in a Bowl
In a medium pot bring water to a boil and add in the noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain. I like to use kitchen scissors and chop the noodles into small pieces. In a large skillet add the turkey and cook on medium high heat. Salt and pepper the ground turkey as you cook and break it apart. When it is close to being done add the onions. Stir into the turkey. Add the sauce mixture and veggie bag. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes until the cabbage is tender. Toss in noodles. Garnish with green onions.
