Grilled Chicken Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette

Grill your chicken on a grill at medium high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or you can put it on a foil lined sheet and broil on high, top rack for 5-7 minutes, until done. Internal temp at 165 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice. Crush ramen, discard the seasoning pack. Spread onto a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degree for 10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes. Wash and chop the Romaine. Peel and dice the cucumber. Toss the lettuce, spinach, red peppers, feta, toasted ramen, and cucumbers into a bowl. You can toss with dressing or drizzle on top. Top with chicken slices and candied pecans.
