Hawaiian Chicken with Coconut Rice **MARINADE**

Stir the sauce and save a few Tablespoons of marinade sauce. Add the rest of the marinade to the chicken bag, squish.  Marinade for 1 hour, up to 24 hours.  Grill on medium to high heat for 15 min. until done, turning to cook each side.  Grill pineapple slices for 4-5 min.  Meanwhile, on the stovetop, mix rice, coconut milk mixture, and ¼ C. of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20 minutes.  Drizzle sauce over chicken and serve with pineapple on coconut rice.
