Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and add to a greased crock pot. (For half servings of 2, use a small crock pot and watch to not burn). In a saucepan melt 3 T. of butter on medium-low heat.  Whisk in ¼ C. of flour (or GF Option) and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, whisk in 2/3 of the broth container. In the remaining broth whisk in the seasoning cup. Then whisk that mixture into the saucepan. Simmer until it thickens. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot. Cook on high 4-5 hours, low 6-8 hours. Shred chicken and let cook 30 extra minutes. Serve over steamed rice and top with toppings!
