Start potatoes first then grill your pork while potatoes are baking :) Pour marinade into the pork chop bag and squish around. Marinade for 30 minutes up to overnight. Pull out the pork chops onto a plate. Pour the remaining marinade into a small pot and bring it to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes on simmer. Grill the pork chops on medium high heat for 3-5 minutes per side and internal temp is 145. Pour the cooked marinade over cooked pork chops. Wash and dice potatoes. Place in a baking dish and toss with 2 T. of melted butter, and the herb cup. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. The smaller you dice the potatoes the quicker it will cook. Wash green beans, bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Remove. Add 1 T. of olive oil or butter to a skillet and stir fry the green beans until tender. Add your favorite spices, lemon, garlic, etc.
