Hot Honey Garlic Chicken and Zucchini

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or oil. Place the chicken on a cutting board, pat dry, and dice.  In a large bowl add the chicken, sprinkle the spices, 4 T. of flour, and toss. Add 2 T. of olive oil and toss again. Place on half of the baking sheet. Toss the zucchini in a few Tablespoons of oil and a little salt and pepper. Place on the other side of the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken is done. While the chicken is cooking, add 4 T. of butter to a sauce pan with the sauce. Heat until warm. When the chicken is done pour the sauce over the chicken, toss until coated, and bake for 5 more minutes. Serve over steamed rice and drizzle with the white sauce.
