Wash and dice lettuce. Slice avocado. In a large skillet add 1 T. of oil and beef on medium high heat. Start breaking up the beef and add the onion bag with seasonings. Stir together and brown beef. Add the sauce to the beef and reduce heat to low. Sauté the cauliflower rice in a skillet with a little oil on medium heat. It should only take 2-4 min. Add lettuce to bottom of bowl, then rice, beef, avocado slices, and green onion. Top with the sriracha mayo sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
