Pork Chops in Creamy Garlic Spinach Sauce

In a large 14” skillet on medium high heat add 1 T. of oil and cook the pork chops for 3-4 min. On each side until done.  Remove.  Add 2 T. of butter to the skillet and sauté the onions for about 1 min.  Stir in the liquid container.  Bring to a boil and then simmer on low heat.  Add the cheese and stir until melted.  Stir in the spinach and let wilt. I added the spinach and put on a lid for a few minutes and then stirred it down. Add the pork back to the sauce and pour sauce over to heat up the pork.
