Turkey Burgers with Lemon Sauce
These are a moist burger because they have zucchini mixed in. In a large skillet or griddle on medium high heat add 1 T. of oil. Shape your patties and let cook for 5-6 min. per side, depending on size. (I scoop and shape the burgers right in the pan with a large spoon or cookie scoop.) Slice your cucumbers in a long oval. Place on top of the burger with a dollop of lemon sauce.
