 Velvet Romance Chicken Alfredo

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for about 8 minutes al- dente. Drain and rinse. Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet and broil, top rack, on high for 5-6 minutes per side (flip once). Internal temperature should be 165. You could also add 1 T. of oil to a skillet and cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Let sit 5 minutes, slice. Whisk the cornstarch into the milk mixture. In the same skillet, add the milk mixture and cream cheese. Whisk and melt in the cream cheese over medium heat. Continue whisking until smooth and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes. Whisk in the parmesan cheese. Cook another 2 minutes. Salt and pepper if needed. Stir in the cooked pasta, top with sliced chicken and fresh parsley. Steam or roast broccoli with your favorite seasoning.
