Yakisoba Stir Fry
Place noodles in a colander and run hot water over noodles and break apart. Let drain. In a large skillet on medium high heat add 1 T. of oil and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side, until done. Remove. Add 1 T of oil and stir fry veggies. Add ¼ C. of water and put a lid on the skillet and steam for 1-2 minutes. Remove lid. Slice chicken and add to the noodles, stir. Pour sauce over everything and stir well. Cook for a few minutes until sauce is hot, serve.
