My daughter and I went to Cheesecake Factory a few weeks ago and had this dish. It was delicious and we wanted to share with everyone here at Saucy. It's a Thai based dish with a mix of flavors. We've got a creamy coconut, a sweet chili sauce, curry, and peanuts tossed in with veggies. Sauteed chicken and shrimp are a great mixed texture of proteins. Served with steamed rice. GF, DF
