This is one of my favorite sauces used in the Mexican Street Corn! There are many ways you can use it. I like to use it on scrambled eggs, egg breakfast burritos, or as a dip. We will add it to the menu this week if you would like extra. A mix of sour cream, mayo, fresh seasonings and lime juice. Serving size of 1 Cup. GF

Love these meal kits!!

I have done 2 weeks of the 3 meal bundle and absolutely love them! Its mostly my husband and I eating, sometimes my daughter or son will be there, but the 2 person meal is a great portion size for that. They are healthy and easy to put together, with really fresh ingredients
